Dispatch Copilot

An agent that reads incoming carrier emails, updates shipments in the TMS, and drafts replies for a dispatcher to approve.

41% fewer tickets handled by hand

Two people reviewing handwritten notes beside open laptops

Northline's dispatch team spent most mornings re-keying delay notices from carrier emails into their transport management system.

What we built

An agent that classifies each email, extracts shipment references and new ETAs, updates the TMS through its API, and drafts the customer notice. Anything below a confidence threshold goes to a person.

Result

After eight weeks in production, 41% of inbound tickets are resolved without manual entry, and dispatchers approve drafted replies instead of writing them.
